1st to clarify why I write this essay. I have been betting on the web or at a brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have learned, the fixation can take a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are flat broke. Particularly if you’re on a winning streak. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in only a short amount of time and still on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you’re just having a blast until you start to be aware of your losses and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can earn it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t works. Then you become sick in your stomach and the more you attempt the faster you lose.
When you notice that you’re up, STAY on the UP! When you start to lose, do not say to yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and again and again, trust me, this logic almost never ever works. Say you’re playing on slots, have an amount put aside prior to beginning your action. Don’t go over that limit, regardless how appealing. If you actually succeed, put that in a separate cup. Don’t spend your winnings no matter what. Once you have gone through your original set limit, call it a day. Leave, whether it is on the web or at a brick and mortar betting house, don’t stay around. Always remember, there will be another day, a different time.
Always remember, betting is assumed to be exciting not exhausting, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, don’t even start.
