If you enjoy having a a beverage occasionally, leave your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and checkbooks at home. Pack whatever money you anticipate to spend on alcohol, tipping and only the pocket change you intend to lose and keep the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You could have a win after a inebriated night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hit a marathon roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that adventure seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and bet. The pair just do not mix.
Keeping your money out of the casino might be a little bit drastic, but defensive actions for excessive behavior is required. If you bet to succeed, then do not drink and play. If you like to blow your money without a worry, then consume all the free booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t carry credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your drunk as a skunk head squanders everything!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then go on the internet to gamble in your preferred internet casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my apartment, but seeing that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
How come? Even though I do not drink a lot, when I drink, it is certainly enough to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not bet at the same time. The two mix up for a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
